Continuum Ale On Tap & Saving the Fountain!

Phantom Canyon Brewing Company will donate 25% of the sales of Continuum Ale for the entire summer to keep the wonderful Julie Penrose Fountain flowing. Continuum Ale is a Belgian-style white or Wit beer (pronounced “Vit” in Flemish or called “Bière Blanche” in France) that is brewed with unmalted wheat and 2-row malt. This traditionally cloudy beer has a citrus-like flavor from spicing with coriander, lemon peel and both bitter and sweet orange peel.
