Revival Series #3: 1941 Whitbread Strong IPA

This beer has lots of Kent Goldings hops producing an herbal spice, resiny floral character. Flavors of caramelized apples and pear, biscuits and bread crust. Crisp with a dry finish.

Served in a brandy snifter. 7.5% ABV. 52 IBU.
