Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Since 1993, we have been treating residents and tourists to fine food, great microbrews and excellent service. Housed in the historic, 3-story Cheyenne Building, Phantom Canyon has been credited with revitalizing the downtown area.
The main dining area and brewery were the first to open and were a great success. In 1996, we opened the second floor Billiards Hall, which has been voted Best Place to Shoot Pool* every year since. In 2001, we completed our newest expansion (and our last, as we’re out of room!) – the third floor Banquet Hall.
The Phantom Canyon Banquet Hall occupies the entire third floor, with a full-size kitchen and a private bar dedicated exclusively to the needs of our banquet guests. Rows of arched windows offer stunning views; wood floors and 12-foot ceilings create an elegant atmosphere. The space is versatile, as rooms can be configured to host groups from 25 to 200. Dinner parties, breakfast meetings, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate functions, and reunions are just a taste of the possibilities available in the Banquet Hall.
Since then we have been a part of many business lunches, mixers, breakfast meetings, dinner presentations and many joy filled rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions. Not to mention many annual events for our friends at the ARC and Colorado Springs Business Journal.
Our banquet staff is well-trained in the art of designing and executing successful events. The banquet director will guide you through the process of planning your special event, including menu and bar options, special decor, live entertainment, and/or arranging audio-visual equipment. Your guests will be served food prepared by award winning chefs and pampered by our professional service staff.
Our banquet menus are designed to cater to a range of styles, tastes, and budgets. From traditional pub favorites to more sophisticated cuisine, the banquet menus are sure to satisfy even the pickiest palate. We feature family-style dining, which means that each course (chosen in advance by the host) is presented to the table on platters, from which guests serve themselves. This intimate dining style allows your guests the opportunity to “try a little of everything,” while interacting with one another. No one is obligated to eat anything they don’t enjoy and the bother of entree counts is eliminated. A unique benefit of family style is that all your guests are served 2 dinner entrees and you don’t need to find out what 1 entrée they might like months prior to your event.
Savory hors d’oeuvres are the perfect compliment to a cocktail reception or prelude to a larger affair. Our delectable desserts add an elegant finish to any meal.
We also offer buffet-style dining for more casual occasions. Heavy hors d’oeuvres spreads and complete dinners are available. Our banquet director will assist you in making these decisions, so you don’t have to worry about not offering your guests what they expect and deserve.
