Saison with Hibiscus

This beer gets its pink hue from over a pound of hibiscus flowers added per barrel.

Brewed with a pound of hibiscus flowers per barrel beer is also spiced with galangal, lemon and orange zest. Complex flavors derive from a blend of Belgian pilsner malt, rye, oats, wheat, honey and sugar.

Gently hopped and fermented with two Saison yeast strains.

6.1% ABV.
