On Tuesday, March 9th, along with the other Wynkoop family of restaurants, we are again donating 20% of our sales for that day to the Doctors Without Borders Haitian Relief Efforts. Please join us on Tuesday (3/9) to help Haiti.

Debuting Wednesday, March 3rd is the first in a series of beers based on recipes culled from the brewing logs of British breweries, both operating and defunct, as well as modern interpretations of ancient, rare and vanishing beers from Europe. We’ll be brewing one a month until we run out of recipes.

This new beer launches Feb. 12th (today), and here’s what Phantom Canyon’s brewmaster Alan Stiles had to say about the name, “I’ve been a big fan of (Roky Erickson) since college and just watched a documentary on him (sad story with relatively good ending). We’ve named a few of the specialties after songs, e.g. Funky Cold Medina and Baba O’Reily aka Teenage Wasteland.”
