15 Rack™ is based out of Denver; Colorado and was founded in 2004 by WPBA touring professional Melissa Little. 15 Rack leagues originated from Melissa’s practice routine used to warm up for coming pro events. She would go out to the local poolrooms and play 15 games of 10-ball “the ghost”.

The folks at Focus on the Beer (FocusOnTheBeer.com) reviewed our Winston Smith’s Barley Wine recently and gave it good marks. They said, “Did you know that Phantom Canyon sells bottles of their barleywine? Not many people do. I got a bottle of this and invited Isaac Grindeland and Grant Goodwiler to do a blind judging of this beer…A delicious example of an American barleywine.”

Stop by the Brewery and pick up a 22oz bottle of the Winston Smith’s Barley Wine for $15.00 – there’s a limited number. This mahogany colored beer is extremely strong and well aged. It has a thick body and it is dominated by caramel sweetness with notes of toffee, dark fruits and vanilla.
